A small, clear first step

Open a case. Keep track of the basics.

The case saves your U.S. location, imaging type, optional denial date, and consent. You can also attach an encrypted plan PDF and record the wording from the denial notice for a limited text comparison.

01

Create your case

Make a free account and add a few basic details. No subscription or pre-created workspace is required.

02

Record consent

Consent is required to create a case and is saved with its intake record.

03

Review the document checklist

Upload a plan PDF to the saved case. Searchable wording that shares terms with the denial reason appears with its PDF page; the denial letter and EOB checklist stays separate.

What this intake includes

A case record with a clear checklist.

Nivellark keeps a denied-imaging case together and shows source text from uploaded plan PDFs when it shares terms with the recorded denial reason. This is a text comparison, not a coverage review or appeal.

Account-scoped case records No subscription to open a case

An EOB status that remains visible after reload
Encrypted plan PDF uploads linked to your case
Verbatim matching excerpts with PDF page numbers when available

Clear boundaries for sensitive information

Plan PDFs are encrypted before upload.

Plan PDF bytes are encrypted in your browser before they reach storage. The app decrypts a file only through a route that checks the signed-in case owner. Policy excerpts are copied from searchable PDF text and compared by shared wording; they do not confirm coverage. Do not upload unrelated medical records. Nivellark does not provide legal or medical advice.

The denial letter and EOB checklist stays separate. Source wording is marked unavailable when the denial reason or usable PDF text is missing.
